1.鲜带鱼洗净去内脏

2.带鱼切段,用厨房用纸檫干水份,打上花刀

3.洒上盐淹制一小时

4.平底锅内热油,放入姜片煎片刻.

5.保持小火慢慢煎,放入带鱼段煎至鱼皮硬身.这时再用锅铲翻面.过早移动鱼段会铲破鱼皮,甚至铲散鱼肉.

6.这带鱼煎的还算漂亮吧,味道也不错哦

如果怕煎的鱼上火可以煎好后放锅里蒸三五分钟味道也很香
